The Executive Director is a full-time, year round position responsible for the overall operation of PACEM. Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of staff, maintaining the financial health of the organization, delivery of quality service, efficient administration through positive working relationships with the Board of Directors and staff, and meeting PACEM’s mission, goals, and objectives with available resources.
