Bottom line? We need YOUR help to do our work.
The greater Charlottesville community that gathered in 2004 to address local homelessness believed that if we all work together we can provide the shelter needed by our neighbors in crisis.
There are many ways to help …
Your time and talent are essential to PACEM’s mission and to addressing our community’s homelessness. We have direct service opportunities and back-end support roles for you to fill.
Becoming a PACEM shelter partner is a great way to assist the homeless in our community. We need host sites, meal partners, and other supports.
You don’t have to be a faith congregation to contribute to our shelter efforts. Secular direct service partners have organized donation campaigns, material drives, and other creative offerings.
Donate to PACEM
A small gift can take a neighbor off the streets. Just $30 provides a safe place for an individual in crisis to spend the night and get a chance at moving on from homelessness.
